Fantastic easy to make dessert


 

Last weekend I made this delicious dessert when my parents came over for dinner.
 
 
Mix 250 grams mascarpone with 450 grams low fat cottage cheese and add a sachet of vanilla sugar. Fill four glasses for a quarter. Puree 250 gr raspberries with the remaining mixture and pour into the glass. Then smash some finger biscuits and put it on top and finish with powdered sugar.
